Due to internal promotion an opportunity has arisen for a Pensions Consultant within one of the highest regarded consultancies in the country.

The role is somewhat different as it is mainly an internal opportunity which looks at how the business can improve its functions and service to clients. Responsibilities will include analysing information form various sources including colleagues from various departments, client feedback and quality audits in order to identify areas where improvements can be made. Tasks will fall into a variety of areas including conducting quality audits, analysing system changes and identifying weaknesses, flowcharting of processes, analysing technical and legislative changes and their impact on the business and assist with preparation of training courses.

Candidates must have significant experience with the defined benefit / contribution arena with particular attention to process and procedural improvement. Your knowledge will be broad and gained through working in several areas or companies within the pensions sector where you will have ideally been involved in audit, legislative technical change analysis. Applicants will be PMI qualified or studying towards the qualification and be able to demonstrate outstanding communication, negotiation, diplomatic and presentation skills.
